Description

For sample persons aged 18 and older who worked at a civilian job last year, who had at least five on-the-job injuries last year resulting in medical attention beyond minor first aid, OR inability to do some work activities, OR loss of consciousness, OR transfer to another job, and who did not change their employer or change the kind of work performed for the same employer because of the fifth injury, WI5CHANGEPER reports if the person made a permanent change in his or her work activities because of his or her fifth injury.

This variable was included in the 1988 Occupational Health supplement.
