For sample persons aged 18 and older who worked at a civilian job last year and who had at least on-the-job injuries last year resulting in medical attention beyond minor first aid, OR inability to do some work activities, OR loss of consciousness, OR transfer to another job, WI4MO reports the month when the fourth injury happened last year.

Users should combine WI4MO with WI4DA and WI4YR, which reports the day and year when the fourth injury happened, to get complete information on the date of the fourth injury last year.

This variable was included in the 1988 Occupational Health supplement.
