Description

For sample adults who have trouble seeing (and those who had diabetic retinopathy, cataracts, glaucoma, or macular degeneration for the 2002 survey), this variable reports if the person used any vision rehabilitation services, such as "job training, counseling, or training in daily living skills and mobility."

This variable is included in the Sample Adult Vision Supplement, sponsored by the National Eye Institute.
