Description

For sample children ages 2 to 4, UNDRSTOHH indicates the difficulty people outside the child's household have understanding the child when they speak. UNDRSTOHH is part of the Washington Group Composite Disability Indicator for children ages 2-4.

The Washington Group on Disability Statistics
