Description

For sample children ages 2 to 4, UNDRSTCHD indicates the respondent's difficulty understanding the child when they speak. UNDRSTCHD is part of the Washington Group Composite Disability Indicator for children ages 2-4.

The Washington Group on Disability Statistics
