Description
For sample persons aged 18 and older who worked at a civilian job in the past 2 weeks and who reported having any episodes of sore or dry throat during that time, STCHANGE indicates the person's throat symptoms increased, decreased or stayed the same when he/she was away from work.
This variable was included in the 1988 Occupational Health supplement.

- 1988: Sample persons aged 18+ who worked at a civilian job in the past 2 weeks and who reported having any episodes of sore or dry throat at work in past 2 weeks that was not due to a cold/flu
