Description
For sample children ages 0 to 17, SPEDEV reports if the sample child ever had a special education or early intervention plan, such as an Individualized Education Plan, an IEP, or an Individualized Family Service Plan, an IFSP.
The NHIS also collects information on whether children currently receive special education (LASPED) and if they received those services because of an emotional or behavioral problem (LASPEDEM).
