Description

For female persons aged 18 to 49 who gave live birth in the past five years and who smoked during their last pregnancy, quit smoking for some period of time during the pregnancy, but then started smoking again after the baby was born, SMKAGAINMOPS reports the time periods in weeks, months, and years that the person started smoking again after the baby was born.
