Description

For sample children under age 18, SKINOTHYR reports responses to the question, "During the past 12 months, has [sample child] had ... Skin problems other than eczema, acne, or warts?" Before receiving this question, respondents were asked whether, during the past 12 months, sample children had eczema or any kind of skin allergy (SALLERGYR), severe acne (ACNEYR), or warts (WARTSYR).

For 2002 and 2007, SKINPROBYR identifies sample adults who had skin problems during the past 12 months.
