Description

For sample persons ages 14-21, SEXPARTLIFE reports the number of people with whom the person has had sexual intercourse in her/his life. Response categories include 1 person, 2 people, 3 people, 4 people, 5 people, 6 or more people, or "This question does not apply to me because I have never done this during my life".

SEXPARTLIFE was introduced as part of the Youth Risk Behavior supplement, included in 1992. The supplement includes questions about injury risks, physical fights, weapons use, cigarette smoking, chewing tobacco, alcohol and illegal drug use, AIDS/HIV education, diet and nutrition, physical activities, stays away from home, and sexual behaviors.
