Description

For sample children ages 12-21, SALADYDAY reports if the person ate green salad the day before the interview.

SALADYDAY was introduced as part of the 1992 Youth Risk Behavior supplement. The supplement includes questions about injury risks, physical fights, weapons use, cigarette smoking, chewing tobacco, alcohol and illegal drug use, AIDS/HIV education, diet and nutrition, physical activities, stays away from home, and sexual behaviors.
