Description
For sample adults age 18+ and sample children age 4+ who have a place where they usually go when they need routine health care (PLACECAR), ROUTNURSE indicates if the type of provider they see at their usual place of care is a nurse, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant. More than one type of provider could be selected. Additional provider types are reported in ROUTCHIRO, ROUTDOCTOR, and ROUTOTHER.
