For sample adults age 18 and older who were employed in the past 2 weeks, work for a private company or the federal, state, or local government and have health insurance other than Medicare or Medicaid, QUITINSURED indicates if the person's health insurance covers any part of the cost of programs or other treatment for quitting smoking.
