Description
For sample persons ages 18 and over who live with at least two other adult family members, PXADULT2 reports the person number for the second household adult, whose drinking status is proxy reported by the sample person in DRINKADULT2. Other characteristics of this adult can be linked using the NHIS person number (PX). The person was able to report the past year drinking status of up to six adult household members.
