Description

For sample adults, POTATOMWK is a recoded variable that reports how many times per week the respondent consumed other (i.e., non-fried) potatoes. Other potatoes are described as baked, boiled, or mashed potatoes as well as potato salad. This recoded variable is based on the responses to POTATONO, which reports the frequency with which the respondent ate other potatoes and POTATOTP, which reports the corresponding time units.
