Description

For sample persons less than 6 years old whose biological parent is the respondent, PGMRXLABOR indicates if the person's biological mother was given any medicine, shots, or gas, during labor, and if so, what type. If necessary, labor was defined for respondents as follows: "Labor beings with the onset of contractions that lead to delivery. Do not include false labor but do include medication to induce labor". Please see Codes tab for detailed information on types of medication that could be reported.
