Description

For persons with disabilities age 3 and older who are not currently receiving any psychological counseling services and who need these services, PCOUNTRYR reports whether the person tried getting psychological counseling in the past 12 months.

Universe

  • 1977: Disabled persons age 3+ who did not receive psychological counseling in the past 12 months and who now need this service, or who received psychological counseling in the past 12 months but are not receiving it now and who now need the service.
