Description
For persons with disabilities age 3 and older who are not currently receiving any psychological counseling services, PCOUNNEEDS reports whether the person needs psychological counseling.

- 1977: Disabled persons age 3+ who did not receive psychological counseling in the past 12 months or who received psychological counseling in the past 12 months but are not receiving it now.
