Description

For persons with a completed assistive devises questionnaire who needed, but did not have, at least four types of special equipment (NEEDEVICE), NEEDEVICE4 reports the fourth type of equipment the person reported needing, but not having. Persons were able to report up to four types of equipment that they needed, but did not have.
