Description

For persons with a completed assistive devises questionnaire who needed, but did not have, at least three types of special equipment (NEEDEVICE), NEEDEVICE3 reports the third type of equipment the person reported needing, but not having. Persons were able to report up to four types of equipment that they needed, but did not have.
