For sample children and sample adults with Medicaid that has an annual deductible (MCAIDEDUCT), MCDHIDEDUCT indicates whether their Medicaid deductible is a high deductible plan.
The threshold for whether the deductible is considered high can change from year to year. For example, in 2019, Medicaid plans with an annual deductible that was $1,350 or more were considered to be high deductible plans.
