Description
For sample persons aged 18 and older who worked at a civilian job in the past 2 weeks, who had itchy, irritated, or watery eyes in the past 2 weeks, and who wore contact lenses, IWEOTHLENS reports if the person wore any other type of contact lenses besides hard lenses (IWEHARDLENS), intraocular lenses (IWEINTRALENS), daily soft lenses (IWESOFTLENDA), and extended wear soft lenses (IWESOFTLENEX).
This variable was included in the 1988 Occupational Health supplement.
