Description
For sample persons aged 21 and older who are deaf in one or both ears, or have any trouble hearing with one or both ears, or use hearing aids, and for whom the exact age at the onset of hearing trouble was unknown, HRTOUBAGE21 reports whether the sample person had hearing trouble before or after his or her twenty-first birthday.
