Description

For persons who had a head injury with loss of consciousness in the past 12 months, who received medical care for the most recent injury of this type, and who did NOT stay in a hospital overnight or longer because of this injury. HINJYRADAY reports whether this head injury caused the person to cut down on the things he or she usually did for more than half of the day.
