Description
For persons who had a head injury with loss of consciousness in the past 12 months and who received medical care for the most recent injury of this type, HINJYMEDPLA reports the place where the person first received medical care for this head injury. This does not count care in an ambulance. Responses were divided between hospital and non-hospital locations. Hospital locations include an outpatient clinic, emergency room, doctor's office in a hospital, or some other hospital location. Non-hospital locations include a doctor's office, company clinic, urgent care center, other clinic, or some other non-hospital location.
