Description
For sample adults aged 18 and over and children ages 4-17 who reported having at least one top complementary or alternative medicine (CAM) therapy and have a personal health care provider, HER2LCONVHP reports whether the person had told her/his personal health care provider about the use of her/his second herbal supplement.
