Description
For sample persons aged 18 and older who worked at a civilian job last year and who had any hand discomfort last year due to an injury that lasted at least 7 consecutive days or at least 20 nonconsecutive days, HDURTP reports the length of time (time period) of the person's most recent hand discomfort episode.
Users should combine HDURTP with HDURTN, which reports the number for the time period in HDURTP, in order to get complete information on the length of time of the person's most recent hand discomfort episode.
This variable was included in the 1988 Occupational Health supplement.
