For sample persons aged 18 and older who worked at a civilian job last year and had any hand discomfort last year due to an injury that lasted at least 7 consecutive days or at least 20 nonconsecutive days, HDMISSWK1W reports whether the person ever was away from work for at least 1 week for any reason.
