Description
For sample persons aged 18 and older who worked at a civilian job last year and who had any hand discomfort last year due to an injury that lasted at least 7 consecutive days or at least 20 nonconsecutive days, HDBRBONES reports if the person has ever had any broken bones in their hand, wrist, or finger.
This variable was included in the 1988 Occupational Health supplement.
