For sample adults, FRYCHKYR is a recoded variable that reports how many times per year the respondent ate fried chicken. This recoded variable is based on the responses to FRYCHKNO, which reports the frequency with which the respondent ate chicken, and FRYCHKTP, which reports the corresponding time unit.
