Description
For sample adults and children aged four and older in 2017 who had seen a traditional healer in the past 12 months (FOKYR), FOKOTHYR reports whether the person had seen a traditional healer other than a Shaman, Curandero, Machi, Parchero, Yerbero, Hierbista, Sobador, or Native American Healer/Medicine Man.
Folk medicine was one of many alternative health treatment modalities included in the Complementary and Alternative Health Supplements.
