Description
For all persons in 1997 and all persons in families with persons ages 18 and over for 1998 and forward, FLIADLCT reports the number of adult family members who, because of a physical, mental, or emotional problem, need help from other persons with handling routine needs, such as everyday household chores, doing necessary business, shopping, or getting around for other purposes.
