Description

For all persons, FAMSTRUC2F reports the family structure according to familial relationship status and parental marital status if children are present. FAMSTRUC2F differs from FAMSTRUC1F in that FAMSTRUC2F includes all cohabiting couple families in the same category, regardless of the adults' relationship to the child(ren) in the family. FAMSTRUC1F distinguishes these relationships in greater detail.
