Description
FADIAC reports the type of cancer the person's father was diagnosed with the FIRST time he was diagnosed with cancer. This was asked of sample persons ages 18 and older who reported that their biological father was ever diagnosed with cancer, provided the type of cancer which the father was diagnosed as having, and reported that his or her father was diagnosed with another type of cancer. Universe
- 1987: Half of sample persons age 18+ (excluded from CACT supplement) who did not report that they never knew their natural father, whose father was ever diagnosed with cancer with a valid cancer code, and whose father was also diagnosed with other cancer with a valid cancer code.
