Description
For sample persons age 18 and older whose last routine check-up was less than 1 year ago and whose doctor recommended beginning or continuing swimming laps or doing water exercises, EXDSWMHR reports if the person's doctor or other health professional recommended that he/she should measure heart rates or pulse as a method to determine how hard he/she should swim laps or do water exercises.
