Description

For sample persons aged 18 and older whose last routine check-up was less than 1 year ago and whose doctor recommended beginning or continuing aerobics or aerobic dancing exercises, EXDAEMHR reports if the person's doctor or other health professional recommended that he/she should measure heart rates or pulse as a method to determine how hard he/she should do aerobics or aerobic dancing.
