Description

For persons age 18 and older with confirmed diabetes who have been able to follow dietary instructions given by a health professional rarely, some of the time, or most of the time in the past 12 months, DITDFREST reports if it is difficult for the person to stay on his or her diet when he or she eats in restaurants.
