Other personnel providing treatment or counseling at a hospital or community day treatment program mentioned are:

• School counselor, school nurse, or school social worker (DIFTHOSCOUN)

• Speech, occupational, or physical therapist (DIFTHOSTHER)

• Psychiatrist, psychologist, clinical social worker, psychiatric nurse (DIFTHOSMHPROF)

• Acupuncturist, massage therapist, chiropractor (DIFTHOSCAM)

• Religious or spiritual counselor or advisor
