Description
For persons ages 18 and older who are either current diabetics or were diabetic during pregnancy and have unknown current status and who reported that they were sick or had symptoms of diabetes when it was discovered by chance (or did not know), DIAWHEREDX reports whether the diabetes was discovered at a doctor's office, hospital, or somewhere else.

Universe
- 1989: Persons age 18+ who are either current diabetics or were diabetic during pregnancy and have unknown current status, who did not report their diabetes was discovered by chance.
