Description

For persons ages 18 and older with confirmed diabetes who are not on dialysis, DIAURSTART reports whether, when he or she urinates, the person usually has trouble starting.

This question is complementary to URSTART, which was asked of sample adults who do not have confirmed diabetes who are not on dialysis.
