Description

For persons ages 18 and older with confirmed diabetes, DIAOTHMDYR reports whether, in the past 12 months, the person has seen a medical doctor other than a cardiologist, opthamologist, obstetrician or gynecologist, psychologist or psychiatrist, or dietitian or nutritionist, for any reason.
