Description

For persons ages 18 and older who are either current diabetics or were diabetic during pregnancy and have unknown current status, who reported that their diabetes was discovered by chance, DIAHOWDX reports whether diabetes was discovered during a routine physical, treatment for another health condition, or diabetes screening.
