Description

For persons ages 18 and older with confirmed diabetes, DIABP12M reports the number of times in the past 12 months the person's blood pressure has been checked by a health professional, not counting overnight hospital stays.

This question is complementary to BPCHECK12M, which was asked of sample adults who do not have confirmed diabetes.
