Description

For persons who had at least one dental visit in the past two weeks, DENTCLEN reports the number of visits for teeth cleaning.

Comparability

Changes in the sampling universe may affect comparability over time. For example, in 1971, persons who reported no dental visits in the past two weeks were coded as having 0 visits for teeth cleaning. In 1983, they are coded as not in universe.

  • 1983: Persons who had 1+ dental visits in the past 2 weeks.
