Description
For sample adults and children in 2012 whose visits to a practitioner for craniosacral therapy in the past 12 months were (at least partly) covered by health insurance, CSTPORT reports whether all or just some of the cost of seeing a practitioner for craniosacral therapy was covered by health insurance.
Craniosacral therapy was one of many alternative health treatment modalities included in the Alternative Health Supplements.
Definitions
The 2012 Field Representative's Manual defines craniosacral therapy as:
Field representatives were advised to "feel free to offer [this definition] even if the respondent has not requested [it]."
