Description
For sample adults and sample children between the ages of 4 and 17 in 2012 who had visited a practitioner for craniosacral therapy during the past 12 months, CSTPAID reports the average out-of-pocket cost paid for each craniosacral therapy visit.
Only those who didn't know the total amount paid were asked. See CSTPAIDT for information about the total amount paid.
