Description
For sample persons ages 18-44, CRAKLASTUSE reports when the person most recently used the form of cocaine known as crack. Response categories include: within the past week; more than 1 week but less than 1 month (30 days) ago; 1 or more months ago but less than 1 year ago; 1 or more years ago; has NEVER used crack, not even once; or, NEVER used cocaine, not even once.
This variable is part of a series of questions on drug and alcohol use. Sample persons filled this survey supplement out themselves because of the potentially personal nature of the questions included in the supplement. The interviewer was available to provide assistance if requested. The supplement includes detailed questions about cocaine (COKABUSEYR), marijuana (MJABUSEYR), and general questions about use of hallucinogens, inhalants, heroin, painkillers, sedatives, stimulants, and tranquilizers.
