Description
For sample persons aged 18 and older who worked at a civilian job in the last twelve months and who reported having at least eight health conditions in the past 12 months, CON8STAYHOM reports if the person was told by his or her doctor or employer during the last twelve months to stay home from work temporarily because of his/her eighth condition.
This variable was included in the 1988 Occupational Health supplement.
