Description

For persons who had schizophrenia, paranoid or delusional disorder, manic episodes or manic depression, major depression, severe personality disorder, Alzheimer's or other senile disorder, or other serious mental or emotional disorder in the past 12 months, who had ever seen a health professional about this disorder, CMIPM2 indicates if the person is NOW taking any prescription medication for his or her disorder(s).

CMIPM2 is part of the Mental Health Supplement in 1989 that collects information on the amount and distribution of illness, its effects in terms of disability and chronic impairments, and the kinds of services people receive.
