Description

For sample persons age 10 to 69 who do not appropriately take care of their own personal care needs, such as eating, dressing, bathing, and going to the toilet, on their own and without help, because of a serious mental disorder during the past 12 months, CMIHLLTPC reports how long the sample person has had trouble taking care of their own personal care needs.

CMIHLLTPC is part of the Mental Health Supplement in 1989 that collects information on the amount and distribution of illness, its effects in terms of disability and chronic impairments, and the kinds of services people receive.
